All solar lights ship with the panel, battery, mounting hardware and a short installation guide. Batteries ship partially charged — leave the light in direct sun for a full day before first use.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email fangyuan12530@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Change of mind: item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival: send a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Wrong item sent: we cover return shipping and send the correct product immediately.
Warranty
Every Vaelo Light light carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The 200W all-in-one street light carries 24 months. The warranty covers the LED module, solar panel, control board and battery, and does not cover physical damage, modification or water ingress beyond the stated IP rating.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside your country of delivery may attract import duty or VAT, which is set by your local customs authority and is the responsibility of the buyer. We declare parcels accurately and at their real value.
