What to include in your message
- Which light you are interested in (or a link to the product page)
- The area you want to light, in square feet or metres
- Your mounting height, if you already know it
- How many units you need — we can quote on larger orders
Common reasons people contact us
- Sizing help. Send us the area and we will tell you which model and how many units cover it.
- Bulk orders. Orders of 20 units or more qualify for volume pricing.
- Warranty claims. Include your order number, a description of the fault and a photo or short video.
- Spare parts. Replacement batteries and mounting brackets are available for most models.
